The setting of the photoraph is outdoors. It has natural lighting. It is urban. It looks high noon. There are two people in this photograph. They are wearing normal clothes and they look like they are in their late twenties or early thirties. The distingushing features that I saw was that it is a colored only theatre. What caught my eye first was the name of the theatre. The structures in this building are a buisiness. It is a theatre. From the outside it looks like it is in decent condition. It looks pretty ig as well. The surroundings of this structure is anothr small buisness to the left of the theatre. The tone of this photograph is light. It is a negative. It still has a lighter tone. My response to this photo is that I think it is very unfair that blac people got treated diffrently because of the color of their skin. I think that black people should have been treated equal back then. There is no point seperating someone just because of the color of their skin. One question I would ask this photographer is why does she take these kind of photos showing how cruel America was to black people. Another question I would ask them is why did they take a picture of this certan theatre. Does it relate to them in anyway?

Esther Bubley, photographer. "A sign at the Greyhound bus station." The setting of this photo is outdoors. It has natural lighting and it is in an urban setting. It looks like it is high noon. There are no people in this photo. The distingushing features are that that they made black people separate waiting sations for the same bus. What causght my eye first is what the sign said. The sturctures in this photo are buisnesses. It is a waiting sation for a bus. It looks like it is in good condition. The spacing looks pretty big from the photo. The surrounding structures are other buildidings. The tone of the photo is light. It is a negative. It has a darer tone to it. My response to this photo is just I think its sad. I think its sad because black people were seperated for no reason. They did nothing to us yet we treated them so terribly. That is my reaction to this photo. One question I would ask the photographer is what he thought about the idea of seperated public places. I would also ask him why he would take this photo.

" A rest stop for Greyhound bus passengers on the way from Louisville, Kentucky to Nashville, Tennessee, with separate accommodations for colored passengers." The setting of this photograph is outdoors. It has natural lighting and it looks like it is noon, again. There are no people in this photograph. The distingusing feature is that it is a bus stop in the woods. What caught my eye first is that there is a ding room in the back of the waitng room. There are no structures in this photo except the waiting room. It looks like it is a little run down. It looks like it is very mall to be a waiting room and a dining room. What surrounds this structures is trees. The tone of the photo is light. It is a negative. It has a little darker tone to it. Write a paragraph explaining your response to this photograph. Use specifics from responses to the other questions to support your answer. My response to this photo is that it is not fair that black people had such a small waiting room while they were waiting for a bus like everyone else. It is just sick how cruel early America was to blacks. That is my response to this photo. I have no questions to this photo.
